My Campus Food What Are Some Good, Healthy "on-the-go" Foods?

What are some good, healthy "on-the-go" foods? - my campus food

I know many hours in the school with only 15 minutes between classes must be whether foods are healthy that you can throw in my bag? I appreciate the help! (That, and I spend no money for food on campus!)

  2. Raisins and other dried fruits are ideal everywhere filled - usually in enclosed containers, and do not spoil without refrigeration.

  5. Roasted nuts and trail mixes are the best choice. I always buy at a healthy bump in stores (not WFM) too expensive. Avoid peanuts, but too much oil, even though they are well mixed.

Raisins are also good, you can also use dried blueberries because they are sour. Prunes or dates are also good, I do not think that they are only for seniors, must be the toilet, I never had the feeling that I get the title.
Like vegetables, it is so dry, fruity, dry and with a little salt and pepper are very tasty.

  9. Easy. . . . Apples

You can leave it in your pocket, if they are not hungry you are and will remain for the next day (and a week later)

  13. Raisins, an apple or other piece of fruit, nuts are all things that are in fairly good health and a quick lunch. Grapes have a lot of sugar in them, but they also have a high iron content. I think we are wiser to go with fresh fruit - like a banana or an apple, orange, etc.
    Good luck!
